MoatRadar is an AI-powered investment research tool that generates investment ideas, opportunity lists, and market analysis across stocks, startups, and crypto assets. The Service uses large language model technology (OpenAI GPT-4o) to generate results based on user-selected criteria.

You therefore waive your statutory right of withdrawal in respect of the credits delivered.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akontax, s.r.o., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Žilina, Slovak Republic.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
